Reducing Reoffending in South and West Yorkshire

Nov 19, 2015

Tom Banks of Castlefirth worked with a mixed group of representatives from the Public Sector whose work supports the resettlement of young offenders back into the community.

The agenda is a difficult and challenging one, but throughout Tom kept the group focussed, on task and repeatedly challenged existing perceptions. Tom delivered in a positive and enthusiastic manner, recognising the knowledge and commitment of those involved, whilst stretching and encouraging the group to re-focus on areas where positive impact could be made. The emphasis was not on change for change sake, but on improvement with the customer at the centre of all considerations. Those attending found it very engaging and beneficial in terms of moving forward to improve outcomes for the young people involved.
